HILL GROUNDWORK IN THE AMOUNT OF $192,174.11 FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THE
FRANKLIN AVENUE WATER TOWER WELLHOUSE.

This payment will be expensed as a part of the Capital Project Fund for Water Distribution
(20-5720-5255).
