MOTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL 2025-48

A motion of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) KUBOTA D2206 RTV FROM BURKE EQUIPMENT COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,835.00.

Furthermore, this motion authorizes the reallocation of capital purchase funds within the Public
Works Street Department, specifically $24,000 in existing funds, $20,000 from the deferred
Zero Turn Mower project, and $4,000 in surplus from the Ford F250 Truck line item, to fully
fund the purchase.
