               Economic and Community Development
                   •  Berlin is now part of the destination trail featured on OceanCity.com
                   •  Presented a $5000 façade grant check to Bay Four LLC for the completion of their peach shed
                       makeover.
                   •  Attended the Ghost Museum ribbon-cutting
                   •  Was asked by DHCD to join the panel with the Maryland Economic Development Association,
                       discussing successful downtowns as part of their continuing education courses.
                   •  This Sunday in Berlin:
                          o  Chefs Challenge begins at 9 AM with (5) of Berlin's  Chef's competing for the golden
                              ticket to go to the world championship. they will be cooking downtown on N. Main
                              Street; all are welcome to watch.
                          o  2nd Sunday Art and Vintage Market in the Berlin welcome center parking lot.
                          o  Chamber Music by the Sea will perform at the Mermaid Museum, the Berlin welcome
                              center and Reverie Wine Bar; starts at 3pm.
                          o  The Taylor Museum will have a free concert on the lawn by Slomfire at 6 PM.

               Finance Director
               Continues to work on:
                   •  FY 2025 year-end closing, finalizing purchase orders, accounts receivable reports
                   •  State of Maryland Energy fund assistance distribution to electric residential customers,
                       compliance and reporting to MD PSC, bill reconfiguration to reflect one-time credit- Michelle
                   •  FY 2025 Audit preparation and planning, schedule, and engagement
                   •  FY 2025 end-of-year performance. Review actual vs budgeted, general ledger review
                   •  FY 2025 capital projects for fixed assets, recording inventory records
                   •  Grants, water loans, public works bond, electric AMI meters bond
                   •  Opioid settlements, outstanding plan, and questions. Online meeting to complete the reports.
                   •  Bank accounts review, collateral coverage, interest rates. Interest income rates have been
                       brought up to 3% for all the market accounts. Appreciation of BOC services. Changes to FDIC
                       collateral rules, accounts' structure change to reflect it.
                   •  CDA Bond paperwork, expenditures and draws for AMI Electric and Public Works building.
