•  Concerns about ensuring spaces are accessible and safe for all.
                •  Provide spaces for gardening and education space for healthy food preparation.
                •  Space should be available for independent community activities.
                •  Questions were asked about the maintenance cost for the interior and exterior spaces.
                •  It is very important to keep all spaces clean, comfortable, and inviting.
                •  Ensure that there is strong and reliable Wi-Fi.
                •  There is no need for a traditional computer center.  Most have in-house computers but
                    supplying a computer cart for those that don’t, would be wonderful.
                •  Keep all ability levels in mind, not just physical but mental.
                       o  Residents with ADHD and/or Autism should have places to feel comfortable.
                •  Strong desire that shared spaces should have a “café” feel.
                •  Indoor film viewing would be nice (no need to replicate an exterior viewing space since that
                    exists at another local location)
                •  Provide a performance stage that can be easily stored.
                •  Concessions, canteen, or fresh vending would be needed.
                •  Staffing is extremely important.
                •  Classrooms to provide information on health, diet, and exercise
                •  Monthly access to nursing services – look into partnership with local hospital
                •  Eye care, diabetes issues, blood pressure checks.
                •  Gathering spaces to hold Town meetings.  Keeping meetings here will provide access and
                    visibility for the younger residents.
                •  Importance placed on insuring that the sound systems/microphones in the meeting rooms will
                    function.
