• The gym should include retractable basketball hoops in the gym.
• Do not duplicate any currently existing exterior recreational spaces.
• The inclusion of a simple catering kitchen adjacent to the gym space would support the ability
to use the gym as a rental location.
• Concern raised about rental areas specifically pertaining to alcohol on site.
• There need to be strict guidelines and oversight.
• Kids need to have recreational spaces for team sports.
